Somia la ciutat – PHANTASIA

Somia la Ciutat fuses together an immersive presentation of technology, sustainability, architecture and design at the Palau Robert in Barcelona. Curated by architect Roger Subira, the exhibition invites audiences to encounter and ‘dream the city’ through its past, present and future form.

We have developed a flexible identity system that accentuates the exhibition design by Isern Serra, and its visual direction of transparency, geometry and dreams. Light, through its diffusion and blurring, acts upon the material signage to compose a wayfinding system that embeds itself within the exhibition scenography.

An accompanying communication campaign translated the in-show experience to a series of physical and digital formats, wherein heightened colour palettes and geometric blurring construct a visual motif borne by dream-like optimism.

In an additional pillar to the exhibition, we have contributed video editing and sound design as part of a bespoke audiovisual installation that immersed audiences into the timelines and structures of contemporary architecture.
