Phantasia provides creative services for imaginaries across the fields of visual activity. Banded together from a base camp in Barcelona, cooperating with an international field of view, we develop projects that give form to vision and voice to thought. Our services span branded communication, content production, printed media and digital products. Working with an ethics of horizontality, we seek out processes of collaboration that invoke empathy, curiosity and sustained encounter. A creative co-conspirator and industry informant: we’ll read the room before telling your story, together.

Formed by Malva Sawada, Edu Piracés and Laura Santarelli, we are a close-knit team with several years of experience within creative professions. Our extra-curricular practices in teaching and community work that set the foundations for a reflexive, sensitive approach to studio culture and workflow. Following periods of research and dialogue in pursuit of a project’s core truths and values, we develop a sensibility for the visual through refined acts of storytelling. Where projects arise that necessitate larger scales of output, we are readily able to lean on our wider circle of collaborators to fully realise your project vision and phantasy-at-large.
