Bestiari is the artistic proposal for the Catalan pavilion of the Venice Biennale 2024. It consists in a collection of sound installations that invite the visitors to put themselves in the place of the animals who protagonize the catalan medieval story La Disputa de l’Ase.

The visual identity dialogues with two of the key aspects of Carlos Casas’s and Filipa Ramos’s project. On one hand, the technological character, exploring chromatic records of the vision of each animal in the story. On the other hand, the medieval origin of the text, digging into its own resources such as the use of capitals or softly chiseled typography.

The simplicity of the proposal helps the street applications to stand out in a visual environment as bustling as the streets of Venice.
